New opportunity for a qualified architect to work with a developer in Lancashire.

Your new company
This residential developer based near Preston is very busy and expanding - they have an in house design team which includes architects and technicians, and they are located within a short drive of Preston city centre.

Your new role
You will be working for the firm's in-house design director to develop housing designs, put together planning applications and drawing packs, work on presentations, and deal with technical queries and on site issues. This is a varied and interesting role.

What you'll need to succeed
The employer is looking for a qualified architect (ARB) who has good on site experience, and ideally have worked for a developer in the past. You should have Revit skills and knowledge of SketchUp. A full driving licence is essential.
