Senior Architectural Technologist

Senior Architectural Technologist position in Leeds city centre, Revit exp essential, residential sector.

Your new company
A small, innovative architectural practice based in Leeds city centre are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. Currently working on residential and student accommodation projects across the UK focusing on inspiring and sustainable projects.

Your new role
To succeed you will need to of previously used Revit on live projects and ideally of worked within the residential or student accommodation sectors previously. You will need to be confident being client facing and be willing to take ownership of a project through delivery. With a team of 5 in the office you will need to work closely with colleagues as well as independently on projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be hard working, focused and be able to solve problems both in office and on client meetings. You will need to be confident using revit as you will be supporting staff as they transfer across to the system.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of £38000 - £40000 experience depending. The working week is 35.5 hours with no lunch on a Friday but you do have a 14:30 finish. a relaxed office environment where people work hard for each other and are rewarding with the early finish on the Friday.
