Architectural Leader in Sustainable Design seeks a Driven Junior Project Administrator

A dynamic and friendly Architecture studio are searching for an articulate and proactive Project Administrator to provide support across multiple exciting and high-profile projects.

Working closely within the team of Project Administrators, you will be responsible for:

• Uploading and downloading drawings
• Managing the project extranets and EDMS sites
• Maintaining and updating project files and drawing register
• Booking travel and other PA tasks
• Taking minutes and attending meetings
• Using InDesign to create design reports
• Filing, printing, copying and scanning
• Answering queries as required

Ideally, you will be approaching this role with at least 1 years’ experience with Project Administration, a good understanding of InDesign and some knowledge of Document Control/EDMS. You must have an ambition to develop all these key areas and a meticulous attention to detail is essential.
