Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are working with an established and expanding Architectural & Design company based in West Sussex, who are looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their talented team.

This award-winning practice specialise in the hospitality sector and operate on projects of varying scale, complexity and diversity throughout the UK and Ireland.

As the successful Architectural Technician you will be fully involved in providing detailed guidance in the preparation of construction information for a variety of new build and renovation projects. As such, you will be expected to demonstrate good technical knowledge and understanding of modern building techniques, standards and materials.

Architectural Technician Essential Requirements:

• Relevant Architectural qualification & min 3 years experience
• Rigorous approach to detail
• Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
• Excellent AutoCAD skills and proficiency with Sketch Up
• Good all-round experience and the necessary passion and confidence to take a project from concept to construction

Their design studio is based close to Shoreham Beach, a 10 min walk from Shoreham train station providing good connections to London, Brighton and the South coast.

A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful applicant, likely to be in the region of £28-£30k, dependant on experience. You will also be able to take advantage of regular CPD and training sessions.
