Director - Commercial Workplace

This global firm is looking for a head of commercial workplace. This is a strategic hire for a practice who already have an existing team who require a thought leader. The client has global offices respected across all sectors within the built environment and they enjoy making places for people to deliver extraordinary projects across the world.

This opportunity is for an accomplished architect who has developed specialist knowledge in the commercial workplace to take on leadership role. You will be responsible for developing the vision and business strategy, working closely with the senior management in the studio. If you are looking for a sense of ownership, autonomy and part of driving and building on a sector presence this would be advisable to explore.

The role balances design with strategic vision to understand what clients are trying to achieve developing the narrative through to construction. An entrepreneurial and opportunistic outlook are appropriate characteristics for this practice.
