Architectural Technician - Thetford

Conrad Consulting are working exclusively alongside a small but reputable housing developer based in Thetford to source a talented and experienced Architectural Technician!

This family firm was established over 20 years ago and since its inception, they have managed to forge a fabulous reputation for quality and craftsmanship. They have enormous pride in creating homes full of traditional style and character, in an energy saving and efficient way.

The company have extensive building knowledge and take care of the full process as they buy and develop their own residential projects. This gives an Architectural Technician the opportunity to take projects through the full process from inception to full completion.

Ideally the successful Architectural Technician will have worked with a housing developer in the past, or be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience in the Residential sector.

Architectural Technician Requirements include:

• Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or HNC/HND level.
• Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations is vital
• A good understanding of UK Planning process.
• Previous site delivery experience and demonstrable job running on projects
• Experience using Vectorworks is desirable however proficiency in AutoCAD is also accepted

The successful Architectural Technician will be offered a salary in the region of £25,000-£30,000 per annum dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package.

This position is commutable from Norwich, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford and Ely
