Are you an InDesign-savvy PA or Team Assistant seeking progression in the Built Environment?

A pioneering Engineering Consultancy is seeking a creative and focused PA with strong capability in InDesign to support Design Directors. This is a highly varied and unconventional PA role that steps beyond the traditional remit and would suit an ambitious PA, Team Assistant or Marketing Assistant with excellent time management skills.

Assisting Design Directors pivotal to the Business Development structure, the PA support team serve a critical function in liaising with existing and potential clients as well as creating tailored, winning bid submissions within tight timeframes. The successful candidate must possess a solid sense of organisation, be able to multi-task across multiple deadlines, be unflappable under pressure and demonstrate a sharpness for eye-catching layouts. You will be using InDesign regularly to produce a range of documents – bid submission, OJEU tenders, questionnaires, presentations, company profiles and RFIs. Existing awareness of collating and preparing similar collateral will be highly beneficial.

In addition, key tasks will include:

• Complex diary management, including the scheduling of international travel and internal/external meetings and events
• Coordinating travel and accommodation
• Preparation of reports, fee proposals and itineraries
• Database management
• Expenses reconciliation
• Assisting Design Directors with planning important company events
