Job Details

A fantastic position has just become available for an experienced Part II or an Architect to work for an established, close knit practice based in Surrey. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £32,000 depending on experience.

This position is for an all-round individual as you'll be expected to work across all RIBA stages, dealing with the concept and design through to delivery. You'll need at least 2 years PQE if you're an Architect and at least 5 years if you're a Part II. You'll be working on a number of new build residential developments so a background or an interest in working on residential developments is needed. A strong understand of UK building regulation is also required, housing standards knowledge would be ideal. Initially you won't be required to manage a team however over time you'll have the opportunity to build on your experience with leading your own projects and potentially building a team around you. AutoCAD is the software in use so fluency is a must.

The company in question have taken on a lot of new projects in the Surrey area, with a huge increase in workload for the foreseeable this could be a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to gain all-round experience and responsibilities over time.
