Personal Assistant

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work for an Architecture and Interior Design Practice in London.

This role will require you to be the Personal Assistant for three of the Partners based in London, all of whom work a little differently. You will need to be very organised and confident in booking travel, accommodation, meetings and liaising with clients. As the Partners are responsible for the office, you will also be a point of contact for staff and design teams. A confident telephone manner is necessary as well as previous experience working in Architectural Practices in your career.

You will need to be confident in using Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.
