Senior Town Planner

Are you a Senior Planner, based in Oxford, looking to make the jump to a new and exciting role?

Conrad Consulting are working with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors, Town Planners, and Property & Business Consultants. Due to an influx in projects, predominantly Commercial projects, they now require a Senior Planner to join their new Oxford Office.

This practice has a number of UK based offices, which all have an exceptional reputation both locally and regionally for providing high quality and professional services. The successful Senior Planner will work with a range of local private developers, investors, institutions and estates. Duties include project managing Planning submissions, attending client & council meetings, and networking events.

Requirements of the successful Senior Planner include:
* Chartered member of the RTPI
* At least 5 years Planning experience
* Excellent understanding of the UK Planning System
* Understanding of a commercial environment
* Confidence in a client facing capacity
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Enthusiastic, committed and passionate about Planning

Salary offered here is between £32,000 - £38,000 plus a performance related bonus. Also included is funded professional prescriptions, healthcare scheme, flexible working hours and a generous holiday entitlement.
