Job Details

Well-established Surrey based practice are looking for a talented Architectural technician/technologist to work on both education and retail projects in the local area. This is a permanent role with a genuine chance of career progression, salary circa £30-35,000.

This is a key role for well-known outfit, seeking a talented individual to produce high quality working and planning drawings, you should have excellent technical and detailing skills with an extensive knowledge of UK building regulations. The company in question have just taken on a number f secondary education schemes as well as large scale retail projects. This outstanding position will also see you working with clients, contractors and consultants on a daily basis. Revit fluency is very important and you should have at least 2 years using the software on live projects. It is desirable if you can drive as you will be attending site.

On offer is a permanent contract taking up this key role within the practice with plenty of career progression. The firm are offering a salary up to £35,000 dependent on relevant experience and ability. Based in Surrey we are happy to receive applications from local based candidates, also candidates who are looking to relocate.
