Senior Architect

Conrad Consulting are currently working alongside a market-leading Architectural practice in Hertfordshire to secure a motivated and passionate Senior Architect to join their talented team on a permanent basis.

This award-winning practice have secured a number of exciting contracts within both the Residential and Commercial sectors and as such they require a Senior Architect with experience on such projects that can bring an enthusiasm and creativity to the role.

The ideal Senior Architect will not only be able to demonstrate exceptional talent but will also possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills.

Senior Architect Essential Requirements:

• 5 years post qualification experience - UK experience only
• Knowledge and understanding of current UK planning policies and Building Regulations, materials and construction techniques.
• Must be AutoCAD & Revit proficient
• SketchUp and NBS experience would also be preferred.
• Experience in generating and submitting planning applications, full Building Regulation and working drawing packages in AutoCAD.
• Experience in all sectors would be ideal although sound residential experience is a minimum requirement, including experience of direct client and contractor interface.
• Excellent design skills with good hand drawing / sketching ability together with good written and communication skills is essential.

A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Senior Architect, likely to be in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experience.
