RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Conrad Consulting are currently working alongside a market-leading Architectural practice in Hertfordshire to secure a bright, enthusiastic and passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their talented team on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a RIBA Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant to become a part of a young and vibrant team assisting with projects in all sectors, primarily the residential sector.

As the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will be provided with support and guidance from the experienced senior team members to really help you to accelerate your career. You will work alongside them on projects from inception to completion with a genuine opportunity for career progression within the practice.

The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant will possess excellent design skills with good hand drawing / sketching ability together with good written and communication skills. The demonstration of technical ability will also be highly desirable.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements

• RIBA Part 2 qualified
• Minimum 2 years industry experience
• Experience within Residential sector desirable
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Revit experience beneficial although training will be given to the right candidate after completion of their probationary period.
• Driven & motivated personality with a good work ethic
• As well as fantastic inroads towards a successful career within the industry, a highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer, likely to be in the range of £25-£28k per annum dependant on experience.

This position is commutable form Hertford, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Luton, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Bedford.
