Senior Technical Architect

Stride’s client, an award winning London practice, are looking to recruit a Senior Architect with strong technical abilities to take the lead of a flexible office working space in Soho throughout stage 5 and onto completion.

As the project lead, you’ll have strong technical experience, a track record of project delivery, site coordination, writing specifications and addressing site based issues.   This high value project is in a great central London location and will be a great addition to the portfolio of any talented architect.   This versatile practice have developed a reputation for excellence across multiple project sectors and as such you’ll be able to enjoy the opportunity to work on schemes in other sectors including cultural and residential mixed use, with all projects in the U.K. 

Joining a highly social practice, you’ll be an individual who loves working with a talented team, can demonstrate strong communication skills and a team player spirit.  Your role will involve leading and mentoring less experienced team members, answering technical queries and managing client relationships.  Revit proficiency would be useful as the practice designs and delivers all of their projects in BIM.     You’ll be an experienced ARB registered architect.
