Assistant Project Manager (Design & Property Consultancy)

Keen to speak with ambitious Assistant Project Managers for a new opportunity with a medium sized Design & Property Consultancy located in the South East of the country.

The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers to advise clients on the management of projects and portfolios.

Requirements of the Assistant Project Manager:
Participate as a member of the Concertus team supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to develop the business
Work flexibly to support delivery across the service
Take ownership for own personal development
Report and escalate matters to management as needed
Provide an efficient and business-like point of contact. This includes responding to internal and external enquiries and (via face-to-face, telephone, email).
Deliver a consistent and professional level of customer service at all times to Clients and other practices within the industry
Plan and support projects in a robust and systematic way
Assist in the delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope
Appreciate the bigger picture, and assist the project managers in supporting client activities

Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager:
Degree level qualified and considering working towards professional qualification e.g. MRICS, CIOB, RIBA or similar.
Basic understanding and hands-on experience in Construction or Property Management
Organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Basic knowledge in the public or commercial property sector
PRINCE II certification is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
