Celebrated NCE100 Engineering Practice Seeking Exceptional PA & InDesign Support

An industry-leading Engineering practice delivering cutting-edge solutions is searching for an outstanding PA & InDesign support to assist Key Directors in the company’s continued development. Proactive, conscientious and adaptable, this is a challenging, diverse and rewarding role at the heart of a highly celebrated Engineering company!

Working within a tight-knit and supportive team of Directors’ PAs, your remit will be varied and essential to the smooth running of a range of organisational, marketing and new business activities. Central tasks will include:

• Complex diary management and coordinating meetings/events
• Managing domestic and international travel bookings and itineraries
• Written and verbal communications with clients on behalf of Directors
• Compiling fee proposals and reports
• Producing high-quality, tailored bid submissions, RFIs, questionnaires, company profiles and OJEU tenders
• Creating client presentations
• Updating a CRM and database system

The successful candidate will pick up in-houses processes quickly and develop an intuitive approach, able to anticipate fluctuations in workflow in advance. Versatile, discreet and with a positive outlook, you must possess a strong sense of team work and be able to work autonomously with confidence.

To be considered, you must have a fantastic working knowledge of InDesign. Previous marketing experience from the Built Environment will be highly beneficial.
