AUTOCAD BASED - This medium sized Central London practice have another substantial project in the works.

With a flurry of impressive schemes since February this year they are now looking at yet another large scale residential schemes. This project is a London based apartment tower of circa 250 units. As a company, they are experts on the delivery of such schemes and they are looking to add in an experienced individual to work on this project led by one of their Directors.

Your technical portfolio should exude proven ability in delivering multi-million pound projects and ideally multi-unit residential schemes. AutoCAD proficiency is essential, the practice do also use Revit in-house so any experience on this would be beneficial though not essential. The project will be a challenge but the company offer a friendly and social environment to work in and are supportive of their staff members and reward that hard work.

On offer is a 6 month contract with a start within the next fortnight, rates of pay are likely to £25 p.hour Ltd/Umbrella (£22 p.hour PAYE) depending on suitability.
