Job Details
I am currently working with an established AJ100 Architectural practice that have an immediate vacancy for an Architectural Technician to assist in technical detailing and job running in their Reading Office.
The studio has a diverse selection of projects and consistently work across multiple sectors offering staff a diverse project workload. Suitable candidates will be working as part of a team on retail, commercial and residential projects at various stages this year.
With a minimum of 5-7 years of UK experience, the suitable candidate will be expected to manage projects and take them from specific RIBA work stages to completion. Previous job running experience is essential.
Technicians/Technologists will have a good understanding and knowledge of the UK legislation and building regulations, with a strong software proficiency in AutoCAD (Essential) and Revit (Desirable).
