Spanish speaking Architect for the Madrid studio of this growing international practice

This exceptionally successful international practice is continuing to grow their Madrid studio by recruiting an experienced Spanish speaking Architect who either wants to move back to Madrid or is just keen to move there on a permanent basis.

The Madrid studio works extremely closely with the London design studio and acts as the technical/construction support unit on all their major UK based developments. They are working on a number of major large-scale residential developments throughout the UK and therefore extremely busy!

They now urgently need to recruit an experienced Spanish speaking senior level Architect to oversee their technical delivery team who is super-confident and comfortably knows their way around a residential construction package. This role will require this individual to manage the delivery team, interpret specifications, be involved with putting together a series of construction packages and most importantly has the ability to work through complicated technical details. The ability to use Revit would be a major advantage but not essential.

We are looking for an individual with the following attributes & skills:-

• Qualified Architect (or overseas equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience
• Fluent Spanish & English speaker
• Ideally Revit literate
• Extensive experience working on large-scale residential developments
• Proven technical/delivery focused skills & knowledge
• Ability to oversee and manage a delivery focused team
• Excellent team player
