Before going into detail about this fine opportunity in the London market, Conrad Consulting want to be clear about the interview process. A bit of an odd way to start of a job opportunity, right?

Anyway, our client is looking to introduce an interview procedure which will benefit themselves and you, their future employee.

The Process:


  • Revit Test (This will be emailed to you, which you can do in your own time)
  • Face to Face Interview: Should you pass the 'Revit Test', you will be invited into the office to meet with the Lead Architect
  • Skype Interview: This will normally take place in our client's office again, but this time you will speak to the hierarchy who are based in the UAE
  • FINAL INTERVIEW: You will be flown out to meet the hierarchy in the UAE for one last interview. Don't worry, flights and accommodation will be paid for!

    • Our client originally set up on the international scene in the 70's, with a vision of setting the highest standard of design and delivery.
    They are an award-winning office, internationally recognised for projects within the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Mixed-use sectors.
    Their London office was set up around 4 years ago and have a team of 8 architectural professionals. They have exciting plans to double in size, at the very least, in the near future.

    In London alone, they have several large-scale projects about to kick off, as well as another 3 to 4 big projects being handled at the moment.

    One of the positions which they require to fill just now is for a Senior Architect.

    The Senior Architect will report into the Lead Architect, whilst being responsible for implementing projects plans and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

    "The ideal Senior Architect will have a proven track record of delivering technically demanding projects, across multiple sectors"

    Requirements

    • Qualified Architect, with a minimum of 8 years' post grad experience in an architectural practice. (The majority of their experience is UK based)
    • Proficient in Revit
    • Successful delivery of large-scale, high value projects

    Salary up to £60,000 DOE.
