Conrad Consulting opened their vibrant and buzzing office in Moorgate in the Spring of 2018. With over a year under our belt we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 5.

The Role

You will be based out of the WeWork Moorgate offices (which I might mention has a free beer tap and regular puppy visits) reporting into the Head of Architecture in London.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Telephone screening candidates
• Writing job adverts and posting accordingly
• Searching various job boards for candidates and making contact
• Searching websites for job leads
• Setting up interviews / sending confirmation emails
• Recording conversations with candidates accurately on our system
• Maintain regular contact with good candidates
• Sourcing candidates from our own system
• Supporting consultants in various other ways

The Opportunity

The clue is in the title, you will be starting in Conrad Consulting as a Trainee, with a view to becoming a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
