An award-winning and leading architectural practice with notable projects that range across a variety sectors, seeks a team-spirited, French-speaking Project Administrator to join their project team.

A rare and exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join a reputable architectural company and undertake a crucial role within the Project Team. Previous experience of working on French Architecture projects is advantageous. The Project Administrator will be responsible for creating tailored project documents, reports and presentations adhering to defined corporate identity guidelines – proof-reading and a sharp eye for detail is a must.

Additional duties will include coordination, PA tasks, Quality Assurance and information flow. The Project Administrator will implement and develop systems that respond to the changing project needs ensuring all necessary functions are carried accurately and swiftly. Critical responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Acting as the Associates PA organising diaries and booking international travel
  • Utilising document control platforms to save supersede, distribute and issue information in line with company protocols
  • Processing high volumes of Architectural drawings and key documents
  • Attending weekly project and admin meetings and writing up minutes for the team
  • Issuing and following up on action points
  • Maintaining a project handbook and carrying out all related timesheet/finance administration.

This role would suit a confident, bilingual individual with fluency in French and demonstrates previous experience in a similar role within Architecture. A high level of competency in MS Office as well as electronic document management systems is essential, as well as the passion and drive to pick up in-house processes quickly. Knowledge of suitable desktop publishing and graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop) is highly desirable, as well as an understanding of Revit. Quality Assurance is at the very heart of this position and in all tasks, you will be mindful of the studio’s protocols. Very interactive, the Project Administrator will be liaising with a cross-section of project teams, management, internal stakeholders and clients and in all communications, you will represent the practice sensitively and effectively.
