Conrad Consulting is excited to be representing one of the Scotland's elite architectural practices. Whether it is due to their dedication to quality, respected name in the market or amazing treatment of their staff, here's why you, a Project or Senior Architect, should look at this opportunity.

Our client is looking for a talented Architect to join their team of 50+, who has experience within the Scottish residential market. Due to the Seniority of the position, they are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

  • You will have an interest in the residential market and enjoy working on these types of projects
  • You will ideally have experience working on affordable/social housing
  • Be 3+ years post Part III qualification
  • You will ideally know how to use REVIT

Do you tick these boxes? If so, please continue as this company offers a standout package.

  • £37.5K - £44K (negotiable dependent on experience)
  • Opportunity to become an Associate
  • Paid overtime
  • 33 days annual leave (Bank holidays inclusive)
  • Ongoing training and progression (including training courses paid)
  • Study trips, site visits & annual social events
  • Flexible working pattern - 4 day week better for you? No problem here!
  • Childcare vouchers
  • Travel to work scheme

Not only will you be proud to be representing this company (their mantelpiece is dripping with the awards they have won) but they will look after you and you will enjoy going into work, whether it be due to the friendly atmosphere or the annual bake off competition work will become somewhere you want to be not somewhere you have to.

If you want the opportunity to make your mark with a good company and have that Associate job title in your eyeline then give Matthew Gilchrist a call today.
