Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician.

The successful candidate will play an important role within the office, dealing with several tasks such as; Construction drawings, onsite meetings, dealing with client's / contractors etc…, planning applications & building warrants.

Based on the requirements set by our client, we are looking for someone who is qualified with an HNC / HND Architectural Technology, has at least 3 years' professional and relevant experience in the UK and is also proficient in Revit.

The architectural practice has 2 offices in England, but you will be based in their London Studio, working closely in a team of 7 professionals, which includes: Director, Associate, Architect, 3 Technicians & 1 Part II Assistant.

Sector wise, they specialise across the board and their current workload consists of 'high-value' projects within the Commercial, Residential & Hospitality sector.
*Just to highlight, they have recently won a very interesting project, which is in a completely different sector. One I'm sure most people haven't had the opportunity to get involved in*
