Job Details

Are you an excellent multi-tasker with first class communication skills who enjoys a diverse role? We are searching for a confident and energetic Team Administrator ready to take the next step in their career development and throw themselves in to a challenging, rewarding role. A very rare opportunity to support an established company at the forefront of British Architecture.

Based in their stunning studio space, the Team Administrator will work with a cross-section of internal stakeholders from Senior Management to the wider team. This is an intrinsically interactive role and you will possess a proactive mindset and a high level of self-motivation. You will be comfortable approaching team members to assist in general administration, facilities and IT tasks to support the continued smooth running of the business.

Important activities will include:

  • Arranging Partners’ diaries and booking international travel
  • Scheduling internal meetings and ensuring necessary equipment is provided
  • Preparing EOIs, Practice Profiles, Questionnaires and bid submissions to set briefs
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Facilities, H&S, IT support and Reception cover, building superb knowledge of how to run a studio space
  • Writing correspondence, taking minutes from meetings, distributing memos and structuring meeting agendas
  • Creating Design Statements, Reports and updating drawings issues/logs
  • Updating Programmes of Works, archiving and coordinating new project directories

The Team Administrator will be liaising regularly with different departments – Finance, HR, Communications and IT – and the successful candidate will enjoy becoming a familiar face around the practice, forging strong working relationships and building astute interpersonal skills. Above all, you will bring an abundance of energy, enthusiasm and passion for working for a Design team, with the commitment to push yourself and deliver outstanding support.

A solid understanding of MS Office is essential. Familiarity with InDesign is highly desirable but can be developed in the role.

A career-enhancing opportunity at an industry leader – apply today!

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
