All candidates must have:

- Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognised university
- Min 3 years’ post-qualified experience, ideally in based UK residential projects
- Strong design skills and the ability to communicate visually
- Good sense of graphics and design concepts
- Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is highly beneficial
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- International experience is an added advantage
