A Senior Architect is required for an architectural practice who believe at putting design at the forefront of all their award-winning projects.
Our client has several offices across the UK, as well as a design studio in one of the largest and most historical cities in Europe.
Each office has their own identity, specialising in different markets. They pride themselves on building long-term relationships with their clients, which can be reflected on 80% of their workload being from repeat business.
As Senior Architect in our clients London office, you will be working predominantly within the 'Conservation / Historical Build' & 'Government Framework' sectors.
*Their 'live projects', which we can disclose, are; Royal Albert Hall; Portman Estate; Bedford Estate.
Although our client isn't the biggest company out there, they do have a great reputation and compete against the elite practices of the architecture world. It's fair to say they are a desirable place to work and can attract the best of the best, whilst retaining their best staff too. This statement can be backed up with two interesting facts:
- 25% of the workforce have been with the company for over 20 years.
- 3 out of the 6 Equity Partners started off as trainees within the business
The Senior Architect will manage their own projects, with full autonomy to work how they believe fits best to the task at hand and deal directly with the client, building a strong and long-lasting relationship.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Architect
- 8+ years' post qualified experience, working in the UK
- AABC Registered
- Revit experience would be highly beneficial
*Just to highlight, if you're close to passing your AABC and have experience working on relevant projects, our client would still be interested in hearing from you*
This is an exciting opportunity, with a structured career path put in place for the right individual.
The package is also interesting, paying between £60,000 - £62,000, whilst offering other benefits such as 4.5% matched pension contribution, loyalty additional holiday scheme etc…
