Job Details
This could be the perfect chance for any relocators moving from London or other busy cities in the UK, that have had chance to work on multiple sectors and bring your skills to this Birmingham practice.
They offer a range of construction consultancy services across a wide range of sectors: housing, education, health, care, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use.
The currently operate as a team of 30 within Birmingham team and have recently implemented Revit across their office here using it in combination with AutoCAD on the majority of the small/ large scale projects.
They would be looking for the Architect to have a minimum of 3 years in practice experience and has had some exposure to client facing duties as well as the overseeing and coordination of small teams. In relation to the Senior Technologist, they are requiring for you to be an advanced user of Revit software and have a wealth of Prior Residential sector knowledge and familiarity.
Salary on offer for this position, will ultimately depend on ability and experience and the rough banding for both job functions would be £35-£42k PA
