Industry-Savvy Junior Executive Assistant for Celebrated Communications Agency

Renowned PR company at the forefront of Communications within Architecture and the wider Built Environment are seeking an ambitious and pro-active individual to join a truly creative and inspiring office with lots of discussion and idea-sharing to devise original, engaging content for press releases and campaigns.

The successful candidate will be supporting the day-to-day running of the agency and provide invaluable assistance to several Directors. You must be able to meet high standards and deadlines whilst working independently. Duties will include diary management, event coordination and research, organising meetings, booking travel arrangements, liaising with clients and coordinating CPD seminars and staff social events. The ideal candidate will be both personable and diligent, and effective in building strong working relationships with the Directors. This is will be both a pro-active and re-active role therefore intuition, initiative and superb communications skills are all essential characteristics needed to fulfil the role.

With a sharp eye for detail, you must have a good understanding of MS Office with an additional understanding of Photoshop and InDesign. Utilising these programs will be a daily responsibility to produce reports and presentations for important meetings. The EA may also be required to source information and lead research to assist the Account Managers and Directors.
