Fantastic new opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join an AJ100 Architecture Practice on a permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.
As the selected Architectural Technician, you will be working across a range of Retail Projects. You will be working across all stages of design, creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will work in a client facing role, attending site visits and liaising with key stakeholders.
Key skills and experience:
- Degree qualified in Architectural Technology / Architecture or equivalent
- Strong ability using AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working in a similar role across a range of stages from tender to construction
- Proven experience delivering planning applications
- Specific retail experience would be beneficial
- Comfortable liaising with clients
