Conservation Architectural Technician (Revit)

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Technician who will be supporting the technical team with their Conservation projects. The Architectural Technician will be based on the projects site, which is an extremely hands on role.

The Revit savvy Technician will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Advise Architects, Assistants & Technicians throughout the entire RIBA Stages
• Reviewing materials and products
• Demonstrating excellent technical knowledge
• Understanding the restrictions of working in heritage environments
• Supporting others in the team to ensure all designs completed are of high standard
• Liaising with a mixed bag of professionals, ie. Heritage Consultants, Ecologists, Engineer(s) T

The Candidate

Due to our client being respected as one of the best in the business, they are looking for an outstanding Architectural Technician with the following experience to join their team:

• HNC / HND Architectural Technology
• A minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience
• Experience working within the Conservation industry is KEY
• Hold a CIAT accreditation or currently working towards this status
• Excellent Revit skills, with knowledge of BIM Level 2

The Contract / Benefits

• Up to £38,000
• 25 days holiday + Public holidays
• 5% Pension contribution from your employer
