Do you have the drive and determination to move quickly up the Building Surveying career ladder; however are struggling for the opportunity to do so?
If this sounds like you, then a unique opportunity has arisen in the West Yorkshire area. This position offers the chance for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join at a senior level and be a key component in the expansion and decision making process of the Building Consultancy, whilst getting all the support needed to take this important next step. Knowledge of pre-acquisition building surveys, dilapidations, schedule of conditions, design tender and contract of procurement are all a must. Salary up to 45k + car allowance + benefits.
