We are working alongside a leading, AJ100 Architectural studio in central Manchester to secure a talented Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join their busy practice. They have an enviable portfolio or projects on a local, national and International scale. Typically you will encounter Large-scale Residential projects and a mixture of more commercial schemes including offices, retail outlets and various other types.

Their current team in Manchester comprises some of the North-Wests leading creative mind's overseeing the practice. The directors here have mostly worked their way to senior positions having joined the company as Architectural Assistants and Junior Architectural Technologists. There is a well structured management team and a clear path for individuals to progress, earn further qualifications and turn into the leaders of this company's future.

If you meet the following criteria, I can guarantee that this opportunity will be worth discussing further:

·A good understanding of UK Planning process.
·Between 3-7 years post-qualification experience is preferred. (More/Less will be considered).
·Thorough understanding and working experience of AutoCAD and REVIT.
·Ability to produce accurate and detailed working drawing packages.
·Previous site delivery experience and demonstrable job running on projects.
·Experience of working on projects within the Residential or Commercial sector.
·Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or HNC/HND level.

A competitive salary is on offer, between £27,500-£37,500 per annum.
