A comprehensive, varied and challenging role supporting a wide cross-section of team members, this is an exceptional opportunity to build valuable administration knowledge and become an integral part of an industry-renowned team!

Based in their beautiful studio space with stunning views, the successful candidate will bring commitment, focus and the drive to learn in-house processes swiftly. Suited to a sparky Graduate, Receptionist or Assistant, this is a fast-paced, rewarding, and dynamic role that requires a highly-organised, multi-taking candidate with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude. Working closely with the internal teams and Office Manager, day-to-day duties will include aspects such as diary and calendar management, booking travel and meeting rooms, assisting team members with administration support, office events, reception, IT support, acting as the point of contact for internal and external enquiries, updating databases, and liaising with suppliers. Strong multi-tasking and written/verbal communication skills are essential.

Ability in InDesign is beneficial, but training will be provided to build knowledge.
