An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part II/ Recently Qualified Architect to join a growing practice in Liverpool

Your new company
This busy practice is situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre and they have projects going on in the following sectors- healthcare, education retail and commercial. This practice have been running for over 20 years, showing a wealth of experience and due to growing work loads they require an Architect/Part II with a couple of years experience under their belt

Your new role
This role will be to join the design team and you will be working on small to medium scale projects. You will be proficient in AutoCAD and ideally some working knowledge of Revit. You will also be responsible for the following:

• Preparing specifications;
• Performing measured surveys;
• Attending the construction site;
• Building Control submissions;
  

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong conceptual and detailing skills and have ideally have worked on a wide range of projects. You will also have creative eye and have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
