Senior Project Architect required to join a modern Architectural practice on a full-time basis following the recent commission of several large-scale Commercial and Higher-Education schemes across the North-West region.

* 5 years post qualification experience - UK experience only
* Knowledge and understanding of current UK planning policies and Building Regulations, materials and construction techniques.
* Must be AutoCAD & REVIT proficient
* SketchUp and Photoshop experience would be beneficial.
* Experience in generating and submitting planning applications, full Building Regulation and working drawing packages in AutoCAD.
* Experience in all sectors would be ideal although sound residential experience is a minimum requirement, including experience of direct client and contractor interface.
* Excellent design skills with good hand drawing / sketching ability together with good written and communication skills is essential.
