Hays are delighted to be working with an established architectural practice based in Leeds city centre as they look to appoint a Principle Architectural Technologist due to sustained growth. Operating across a number of sectors, including residential, commercial, education and healthcare, and transport our client have an established presence and continue to deliver highly innovative design solutions.

Your new role
You'll hold a degree or equivalent in an Architectural or Construction related subject, ideally with over 7 years' practical experience working as an Architectural Technologist / Technician within an architectural environment. You'll have a working knowledge of Building Regulations. You'll be fully proficient in Revit with a knowledge of BIM being an advantage but not essential. This role will suit a Technologist / Technician with a design background as you'll have the opportunity to provide design input.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Architectural Technologist you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate both your technical skills using Revit and also to offer design input. You will provide help to resolve technical issues on site, have the opportunity to chair design meetings and liaise with clients. Working within a medium sized practice, you'll also have the opportunity to run architectural projects from concept stage through to completion.
