dn-a continues to expand, and as a result we have two permanent vacancies for a Junior and Senior Architectural Technician. The individuals will preferably have a UK degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or Architecture. They must have a minimum of 4 + years UK industry experience. The Senior Technician will have the skillset to quickly progress to Project Lead. Salaries based upon level of experience.
Job Specification
- Able to deliver on both the technical and design aspects of architecture
- Ability to work on projects from delivery stages 3 -7
- Co-ordination of project including preparation of tender and construction documents and drawings
- Ability to work closely with main contractors and consultants
- Good understanding of planning and of building regulations within the UK industry
- Experience in retail, residential and commercial sectors is an advantage
- Assist on Feasbilities, as and when they arise
- Contributing to project and design reviews
- Revit and AutoCAD proficient
- Knowledge in a range of software to include Adobe suite and SketchUp
