Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technician

Confident with Microstation? Tired of commuting into Manchester City centre on a daily basis?

More often than not, the jobs we post are geared towards those using REVIT or AutoCAD. This vacancy is a little bit different in that Microstation is the preferred software and has been so for many years.

The practice are incredibly diverse, and work across a wide range of project types including: Large-scale retail, Industrial, Hospitality schemes, Housing, Masterplans and countless others. For a practice outside of the city-centre this is truly a destination practice, many of the employees have been here for 10+ years and have seen promotions/salary increases as commonplace.

Ideally, applicants will meet the following criteria:

·To hold a Relevant Technical qualification.
·Ideally have a minimum 5 years industry experience (UK-based preferred).
·Confidence in client-facing situations.
·Previous experience working on Retail, Industrial or Commercial-focused projects.
·Have excellent communication skills / be able to work in a team.

The following locations would be suitable to commute to this office: Bolton, Bury, Burnley, Oldham, Rochdale and various parts of Greater Manchester/Lancashire.

Salaries between £32,000-£40,000 for the successful candidate.
