Experienced Architect - Up and coming Collaborative Design Studio - London
£40,000 to £50,000
Market research tells us that our client is the talk of the town with regards to their innovative design but also the refreshing, collaborative and cutting edge design culture they are breading from their London studio. They have a strength in workplace design (Interior and Architecture) and pride themselves on thinking out of the box which means they tend to work with and attract an exciting and quirky client base. Projects are a mixture of commercial new build, large scale commercial refurbishment (full building refurb shell and core) and workplace interiors.
Current requirements are for an experienced architect who can take the lead on a key complex project in the studio.
You should be a competent all rounder able to work in all RIBA work stages; concept and design development, production and construction phase activities.
You will also play a wider role across the studio supporting the Directors with QA/QC, mentoring and design leadership.
