Your new company
A small but growing architectural practice with 2 offices across North Yorkshire is looking to recruit due to a growth in workload. The practice work within the commercial and residential sectors and have ambition to become a focal point for design in the North.

Your new role
As an Architectural technologist you will be involved in a variety of projects across the residential and commercial sectors, including but not limited to high end residential, conservation, and commercial projects. Workload includes providing support for senior members of staff, preparing design and construction documents as well as planning applications and Building Regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be proficient in AutoCAD and Archi-CAD is desirable but not essential. You will need to be able to produce technical drawings to a high standard and work to tight deadlines, have good presentation skills and enjoy working as apart of a small close-knit team.
