Senior Architectural Technologist

An architectural practice located in Nottinghamshire which sits as a current team of 19. This practice use both AutoCAD and Revit and work within a variety of sectors including, healthcare, commercial, residential, education, conservation, and defence.

They are encouraging of staff taking projects on as their own and even have a fee share system in place to inspire staff to take on some business development.

This practice are looking to take on an Architectural Technologist to work on a variety of projects within the sectors that they specialise in.

Your new role
As a member of the team you will be required to run projects within all of the sectors this company work within . Your responsibilities will vary dependent upon each project but you will be expected to work both as part of a team of 8, and as an individual. You will be expected to be able to take projects from planning drawings and carry them through to completion. You will be responsible for creating technical working drawing packages as well as liaising with contractors. If getting involved with clients from initial stages is something you are keen to do then you will be encouraged and given the freedom to do so.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have had previous experience within a similar role. You will be AutoCAD proficient with a knowledge of Revit being desirable. You must have a good working ethic and show drive and determination to succeed and grow within a company.
