Personal Assistant

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a large international Architectural Practice based in Central London.

This role will require someone who is confident with talking to Clients, Design Teams and Directors on a daily basis. You must have excellent spoken and written English and be experienced in booking travel, organising meetings and have strong organisational skills within a professional environment. You will be a PA to three Directors all of whom have varying requirements and responsibilities they need someone to take over, some will require more assistance than others.

In tandem with the Personal Assistant duties, you will also be required to spend a lot of time creating and putting together Bid Documents for the Architectural Teams. This will require strong experience with InDesign and someone with a keen eye for detail. There are many Bids being put forward by the Practice at the moment and so you will need to be happy to work to tight deadlines and balance your duties as required.
