Architect

We are on the search for a talented Architect, who has exceptional experience delivering complex projects, within the residential market.

Although your background should be heavily dominated by residential projects, we are most interested in your skills when it comes to the 'delivery' of projects.

The opportunity presented is with one of the UK's leading architectural practices who Conrad Consulting have had the pleasure of working with for a number of years.

To qualify for interview, our client is looking for the following skills & experience:

• Qualified Architect
• A minimum of 5 years' post qualified experience within the UK
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Well experienced in the delivery of projects
• Worked on large scale, complex projects

Summary of Benefits >

• Salary between £45,000 to £50,0000
• 5% pension contribution
• Annual leave of 20 days per year, which will increase by 1 day per holiday year up to 25 days
