The Database Administrator is responsible for upkeeping and maintaining databases and information flow for the business. You will be relied upon for proactively streaming and uploading key recruitment information and communications, essential to the wider team’s workflow. It is critical that the Database Administrator takes huge pride in the quality and timely flow of information, ensuring superb QA checks and monitoring the usability of systems to meet all vital business commitments.  

Additionally, the Database Administrator operates in a central function to the FOH team often bring the first point-of-contact for enquiries. In this capacity, you must be able to take accurate messages promptly and re-direct calls where necessary. Most importantly, the successful candidate will create a great impression and be a confident representative of Place_ Careers.

A strong working knowledge of GDPR legislation and fluency in implementing processes is crucial, ensuring information is processed precisely and swiftly. Rigour, consistency, passion, enthusiasm and curiosity in every aspect of the databases and the wider running of the business is essential. The Database Administrator will play a vital part in Place_ Careers’ continued success as market leaders and maintaining their excellent reputation within the industry.

They are a team of highly qualified and multi-disciplinary consultants who have all achieved 2:1 or First Class honours at degree and masters level, and are seeking a likeminded candidate who will have achieved similar qualifications to join their highly committed team.
