Job Details

Prestigious Interior Design Studio seeks a meticulous and process-led Logistics Coordinator to arrange complex scheduling and project support for an ASAP start. A strategic and fast-paced role that is integral to the smooth running of projects, the Logistics Coordinator operates by coordinating between the design and support teams.

Working closely with Project Leaders to schedule shipping and installations of luxury projects, key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising the logistics of all components to suppliers and liaising with clients’ reps to plan installation
  • Monitoring and seeking approval for transport costs
  • Preparing shipping documents recording proof of export
  • Preparing insurance claims
  • Updating stock information and coordinating with suppliers
  • Manage all project storage needs

You must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking (able to anticipate issues in advance and prepare accordingly), methodical and thrive in an autonomous working environment. Equally, great team-working skills are pivotal; the Logistics Manager will provide flexible support where needed with the design and support teams.

A rare opportunity to join a sought-after studio at the forefront of major international private residential design – apply now for an immediate start!

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
