Project Architect

FRAME are working with a fantastic Architectural practice based in near Sevenoaks who work with leading developers and local authorities as well as private clients. They are award winning and take projects throughout the entire RIBA plan of work.

The practice use ArchiCAD and BIM and therefore proficiency in the software is necessary, this practice also use Vertical Integration and therefore coordinating the production of visualisations and animations is a key part of this position. You will be required to brief and manage the architectural team and lead and coordinate the design team.

This practice work on a range of sectors including Residential and Commercial however they are busiest in Education, previous experience in this is not needed but is advantageous. You must also have proven experience in attending client meetings, presenting architectural designs and reports and taking initial design briefs.
