Conrad Consulting have been working with this company now for a number of years and have successfully placed people here at all levels; ranging from Junior Architectural Technicians through to Senior Architects. We know how they work, and we know they type of people they look to recruit.

In this instance they are looking for a Junior or Intermediate level Architectural Technician or Technologist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Primarily this will be to work within their Residential team; including Student Accommodation, Volume housing, PRS and various other project types.

They company themselves work on a real mixture of projects including Retail developments, Healthcare facilities, Offices and various other sectors to compliment their Residential offering. Their work is all done in REVIT, so all new hires in the business are expected to have a solid foundation in using REVIT to a good standard.

Ideally applicants will meet these criteria:

✔ Degree Qualification preferred (Architecture / Architectural Technology / Architectural Design & Technology)
✔ Ideally between 1-5 Years post-qualification experience (Slightly more/less will be considered).
✔ Excellent Technical capabilities.
✔ Practical REVIT experience. Demonstrable in a portfolio.
✔ Previous experience working on Residential projects (Student Accommodation, Housing, PRS, High-rise)
✔ Good communication skills are essential. Both Written and verbal.

Salary: £20,000-£28,000 (Dependent on experience).
