Senior Architectural Technologist - Bespoke Residential

Senior Architectural technologist required to join an award winning RIBA Chartered Architects Practice based in a delightful semi-rural setting on the outskirts of Wetherby.

Our established client are a medium sized RIBA chartered practice with a reputation for high quality design work in the north of England, they are known primarily for sensitive housing projects, large private houses and bespoke high end renovations and restorations.

They now require a versatile individual who is enthusiastic about good design to join their friendly practice to assist in the delivery of various Residential Projects through Yorkshire and the North East of England.

The role will include working across all RIBA work stages, and candidates should possess the all-round skills required to successfully take a project from design development to completion. The right candidate will be comfortable working both within a team on large scale projects, and on their own under smaller contracts and be able to demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong technical detailing skills, thorough UK Building Regulations knowledge, job running skills and site experience are essential.

Candidates should be fully conversant with AutoCAD with the ability to integrate with strict QA procedures. Working knowledge of Sketch Up would be desirable.

Salary is negotiable based on suitability and experience up to £45,000 + Benefits.
This practice promote a flexible working culture and would consider a candidate who is looking to work a 4 day week.
