Senior Architectural Technologist

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join a very successful Practice in West London. This Architectural practice work in a range of Sectors including Residential, Mixed-Use, Care, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Community.

For this position you will be joining a team of Architects and Technicians, focusing on the preparation of technical details. In order to be successful you must have strong experience in RIBA stages 4-5, preparing 1:5 details, specifications and post planning drawing packages.

Current projects where you will primarily be focused on are in the Residential sector, which will include elements of Mixed-Use. You must have a proven track record in delivering a range of UK Residential projects. The projects require full proficiency in AutoCAD and strong experience in Revit, as well as having exposure to NBS Specification writing.
